Hello Gentleman

Very strange matching numbers cars  in fact , new monsters or fake  ?

One identification plate is showing 136 040 = witch is a 170S sedan  none cab A on that ....

The other identification plate is showing 136 174 witch is an OTP (Open Touringcar Police  model)  none cab A on that ....
And its writting that the car had a VIN = 136 922 16 030 witch is only an gazoline engine number  ( 136 922 is an 170 S engine M136 ....)  but 136 174 had Diesel engine OM636 916  ...
The picture of the blue and white car is showing an OTP windshield screwed model  not a cab A model

in fact too much strange items or confusion  on my opinion  ...

Regards
Friendly
Marc

Hi Marc,

I have inherited those cars from my deceased husband (he bought them over 25 years ago), the car identifications were made by the court appointed probate referee (no expert on classic cars) in probate.
He identified the blue/white as cab A.  But my husband did mention to me that blue/white was a retired police car which was supposed to be very rare (which is exactly what you have pointed out = Open Touringcar Police model).

I am no expert, I'd highly appreciate your expertise and knowledge.
How much do you think they are worth (roughly, in USD)?

Respectfully :)
Saori
