I tried to upload the file but received an error how the file was ether too large or the upload took too long, I only have 128k upload speed.

I am emailing you the file now Jim.

Kind Regards

OH!  I have it locally, on my machine here.  I have a pretty fast connection.  The file is only 7.37 Meg.  When I just tried to upload it to this site I get the following error message:

Your attachment couldn't be saved. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow.

Please consult your server administrator for more information.

Again, now what?

Do you have a clean fuel filter and clean fuel hoses?
