New Guy Starting Restoration
« on: August 04, 2012, 01:50:34 PM »
Hi, Just joined the forum. I am starting the restoration of my brothers 130H cabrio-limo. We actually have 2,one is for parts. I am trying to get one assembled enough so I can see what parts are misssing. I need to find a machine shop that can do the engine(the camshaft bearings were seized) if anyone has a recommendation. I'm in Virginia Beach VA

Attempting to add a couple photo's but keep getting this Error message:
"Sorry! There is already an attachment with the same filename as the one you tried to upload. Please rename the file and try again"
What am I doing wrong?

Did you rename the file?

I tried everything I can think of to attach photo's, renamed-copied to new folder and renamed-started new post to attach, but keeping getting the same Error. I will try to get someone with more computer knowledge to help.

I would be happy to discuss your engine overhaul, or anything else regarding your restoration. My shop has experience with pre-war Mercedes. Contact me directly if you like.

Matthew,
Sometimes the file name is already used particularly something like "130H.jpg".  Try changing the filename that is more specific to you such as Matt130H.jpg or whatever format the photo is in.  If all else fails email me the photo and I will attach it for you.
