Wanted Side Motor Mount Bracket
« on: April 08, 2013, 05:49:52 PM »
Does anyone have a side motor mount bracket # 35 in the picture. that they would be willing to sell.  This is for a pre-war or early postwar 170 V, that takes the square rubber block, not the later one that has a steel cup for the round rubber buffer.

I think Henry is looking for the mount bracket, not the mount itself.

There are three mounting isolators.  The one Paavo provided a link to was for the motor front.  There is another at the transmission, and the bracket that Henry needs is on the lower back right side of the motor.  Pre-war is quite different than postwar.

The link is indeed for the early side rubber part, but John is correct, I need the metal bracket. We will make it if we need to, but if someone has it we won't need to waste the time.

Paavo,

Terveiset Juupajoelta

Here is another one on eBay.  Very seldom seen .... now two in the same month.  I think you could make a pattern from the photos on this one.

I did buy the other one. Hope to see it soon. Thanks again ereyal for pointing it out. That is strange to see two for sale within a week.
