That would be a difficult build.  The windshield frame and doors are different to start with and of course finding all of the cabriolet top parts will be a challenge.  Structurally, I assume that you will need to reinforce the body to accommodate the loss of the roof, and relocate the "B" column for the larger front doors.

i have already weld the back doors also i have cut them and take a 10 cm piece and weld it at the front door

you know the doorhinges are not visible on the outside by the conv B?
