If you changed the delivery pump it should be ok. Open the small cock on top of fuel filter al give a few strokes to the priming pump until no air bubbles come out, next close the screw. Open both cocks at injection pump and do the same. At this point you should have fuel line and pump with no air.
Loose the delivery lines at fuel injectors, no need to remove, only loose the nut. Next, open the pump side cover (2 screws) and with a flat screwdriver force each piston up. This will bleed delivery line. If any pump piston is already up, just turn the engine by hand until in gets down.
Give a try to the starter a few turns and check fuel coming out from released delivery lines. Adjust the nuts and you're done. Start it up

If it gets hard to start, give a few wd40 squirts through engine intaje while crancking.
