There was an update to the forum software that locked some of you from posting.  Hopefully it has been corrected.  Thanks for your patience

I am not able to use my laptop to post on the site.
When I try to post I get this message

The following error or errors occurred while posting this message:
Your session timed out while posting. Please try to re-submit your message.

I wanted to try and logout and back in. When I try to logout I get this message

Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.

I wonder how many others can't get in still? There is also no way to send a message to an admin or webmaster without being able to post. I tried emailing from the member list and I could not even do that. Without being able to post you really are cutoff from the site.

I have not made the upgrade yet, probably this weekend.  Being extremely cautious... as last time (several years ago) I made a major upgrade in the forum software and had to start from scratch.  Thanks for your endurance and patience in this.  The upgrade to the latest software will change the site presentation and a probably a couple of modifications will have to be redone.
More later

just installed 4 upgrade patches successfully with no known issues.  Many were involving security and some PHP 5.5 compatibility.  Everything seems to be running smoothly.  thanks to everyone for their patience....
