Trunk rubber seal retainer

Hi All,

I'm looking for The Trunk "Aluminum Retainer", which holding the rubber seal in place, it is formed in "Z" shape, a long part attaching to all along the body edge (where the trunk set), mine was rusted and broken off in pieces, please see pictures.

Does any body know where to get, how its call?

I have been removing the retainer and using the other version of trunk gasket that sits in the channel. This isn't ideal either, on our current job this gasket is a bit small in cross section to seal. But the quality of the tubular gasket reproductions has been so bad that it is usually to big and too hard to get the lid to close.

This is the trunk seal that Henry is talking about.  It is glued in the channel.

Not really answering the question, I know.

But, I just wanted you to know about my problem with this frame and rubber which I recently ordered from Niemöller.
For some reason the reproduced rubber profile is not exactly the same size (way too big....millimeters) making is very very hard to close the trunk.
Have to shape the reshape my profile and edge the rubber outwards in order to fit.

So, when getting new profiles doublecheck this before your ordering.
