Is there a way to disassembling the froze Old Brake Cylinders (from black picture to Red picture)?

In my opinion, I would first fill the inside with a penetrating oil and maybe even soak it in penetrating oil over night.
Then I'd use a press to push everything out one side . I'm not a fan of using a hammer if a press is available.

I use a C clamp with a 11/16 socket on one end and a larger socket on the other end so the piston can come out.
The prior soaking helps loosen the cylinders.

I was having fun to Disassembling these Brake Cylinders, came out nice and easy by using the Clamps.
